This is the perfect program for anyone who needs a push to lose weight, get fit and toned.
The program consists of sessions with Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Sessions. Each fortnight the members have private weigh-ins with their trainer. There is an information night that members are presented with a personilsed fitness diary which includes a food diary, nutiritional tips and motivational tips to get you going. The group fitness sessions will involve a wide range of different circuit training aimed to get your heart rate up & have you work on all parts of your body.
During the program there will be different prizes and incentives up for grabs to keep you working out & to help achieve the best results.
