ADMINISTRATION CHAMPION In this diverse and interesting position you will be responsible to co ordinate the administration, financial services and customer service of the entire facility. In this position you will work as part of the Centre Management team to develop practices that meet community needs and promote continuous improvement. The ability to work within a large team, experience in bookkeeping, debtors management and payroll are essential. Intermediate to advanced skills in Word & Excel are vital as well as a sound knowledge of Internet & Email tasks. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. You will possess strong customer service values, enjoy a fast paced environment and love a challenge. You will show initiative and enjoy working autonomously. This is a key position and offers a great opportunity to progress within the industry. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, the successful applicant will have outstanding organisational attributes and a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. This is a full time position, salary + club benefits. AQUATIC GUARDIANS We are currently recruiting lifeguards and pool supervisors for the 2010/11 Summer Season. The potential for advancing to work all year round is a strong possibility at this centre. These positions are ideal for energetic individuals looking to progress their career within the leisure industry and provides many opportunities both locally and nationally for career development and all year round employment. You will working within an integral part of the facility with responsibilities including safe pool operations and supervision, customer service and member relations. Pool supervisor positions will required a high level of expertise in aquatic operations, staff leadership and customer service skills. All applicants will require a current Lifeguard qualification, first aid Senior level and a working with children check (over 18), currently studying or completion of Pool Operations Certificate will be advantageous.
