Since we all come in different shapes and sizes, and have different lifestyle requirements, people want different results from a workout. Some may want to lose weight, improve their sports performance or simply energize the batteries. At Mildura Waves, our personal trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. They will design your program, inspire and motivate you and help you every step of the way.

 

Experts agree that those who exercise with a personal trainer are more likely to adhere to their fitness program than those who don't. 

 

Your personal trainer will consider all the elements that make for a healthier body and mind, such as strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, inner energy and stretching. The workouts are of a high quality, well-balanced and targeted to your current level of fitness and needs.

Sessions can be either ½ hour or a full hour in duration. Or if you prefer to train with a partner we can also offer 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 sessions.
